We also used their recommended installers to dismantle and deliver the kitchen and again, could not fault the service. All the units and appliances were wrapped for protection and throughout the process of dismantling the kitchen on the day, we received regular updates in as to progress and the ETA. Our kitchen arrived even better than described! Bringing a kitchen all the way from Winchester to Loch Lomond area was a tall order! However the lovely guys from M and M removals carefully dismantled the kitchen and drove it North and carefully put it into our garage in freezing conditions. This is my first experience of buying a used kitchen so didn't know what to expect but the communication and helpfulness of the lovely people at the Used Kitchen Hub made it a very worthwhile experience. Again have to mention our amazing dismantle and delivery guys without whom none of this would have been possible.

My kitchen sale was a very smooth and efficient transaction, carried out very quickly by a highly competent team. I was kept fully informed throughout though that wasn’t a very long period as from my first contact to sales proceeds in my bank account was under three weeks despite me being out of the country for two of those weeks.
