Used Kitchen Hub Ltd is one of the UK’s leading Used and Ex-Display Kitchen Companies. We are looking for a talented Admin Assistant to join our growing team. If you have a keen eye for detail & measurements, excellent communication skills, and a bubbly and happy personality, we want to hear from you!

ABOUT ROLE

As an Admin Assistant, you will be the main point of contact for clients seeking to sell their Ex Display or Private Kitchen, helping them understand the kitchen sales process. Your primary focus will be appraisal, valuation and measurement of clients’ kitchens and the completion of documents to pass onto the web team for inclusion on the website.

No planning or designing of kitchens are required, however a passion or experience of the kitchen industry would be ideal. You may occasionally visit customers’ locations, but the majority of the evaluations & measures will be done from office / home.

Flexible hours, Part-time or self-employed: Primarily office based with an option to occasionally work from home.

This is a career opportunity, not just a job. Previous Kitchen design experience is not essential for this role as training is provided.

REQUIRED

  • Attention to detail: Precision and accuracy are crucial when working with measurements and dimensions.
  • Good communication skills: Clear and effective communication is essential when collaborating with clients, colleagues, and suppliers throughout the project.
  • Basic computer skills. Comfortable with Email, Word, Dropbox
  • A bubbly and happy personality is essential when speaking and connecting with clients
  • Transport – on occasion you will have to visit a client’s location.
  • North London based

DESIRED

  • Kitchen Sales / Design / Manufacture experience
  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Work within a busy environment
