About Us

Used Kitchen Hub Ltd is a prominent Used and Ex-Display Kitchen Company based in the UK. We are in search of a talented Kitchen design coordinator to become an integral part of our growing team. We are looking for someone who possesses a meticulous eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

About the Role

As a Kitchen Design Coordinator, you will serve as the primary contact for clients interested in selling their Ex Display or Private Kitchens, guiding them through the intricacies of the kitchen sales process. Your primary responsibilities will encompass the assessment, valuation, and precise measurement of clients’ kitchens, in addition to the completion of necessary documents for the web team’s inclusion on our website.

While this role does not entail kitchen planning or design, an affinity for or prior experience in the kitchen industry would be advantageous. Occasional visits to clients’ locations may be required, but the majority of evaluations and measurements can be conducted from the office. We offer flexible hours, with a predominant office-based working environment and the option for occasional remote work.

This position represents a career opportunity, with no prior kitchen design experience required, as we provide comprehensive training.

Required Skills

• Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy are paramount when handling measurements and dimensions.
• Good Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is essential for interactions with customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Dropbox).
• A vibrant and cheerful personality for engaging with clients.
• Access to transportation, as occasional visits to clients’ locations may be necessary.
• Location: North London based.

Desired Qualifications

• Kitchen Sales, Design, or Manufacturing experience.
• Previous Customer Service experience.
• Ability to thrive in a busy working environment.
